The airport is located only 10-15 mins from Galway City. It's located less then 3km from the motorwat and has motorway all the way to Dublin for easy access.

Our facility at Galway airport is 1st class. We are based our purpose designed Hangar to the west of the main Terminal Building. The 1200m Hard Surface Runway is perfect for all year round flying operations since it is not affected by heavy rain or floods. Our 2 GA8 Airvan aircraft are permanently stationed here. All airport operations including Air Traffic control are approved and regulated by the Irish Aviation Authority so safety is rated at #1.

We have a huge area for spectators and groups so bring the gang and make a day of it and of course make a fun night out of it all in Galway City.
